Each of us has a choice of who we will become when facing change - a victim, survivor or navigator. Realizing that the choice is yours can be truly empowering. Yes, every change brings with it challenges and maybe some temporary disappointments.
However, when you start looking at change through the eyes of a person who sees new opportunities, possibilities, avenues to explore and chances to shine, then you are not only taking control of your career; you are learning how to better navigate life.
